Game of Whales can learn and analyze the behavior of your players and then create special offers to increase the game’s KPI. These offers are AI (Artificial Intelligence) offers.
In order to make effective offers, the AI should receive some data about your players and their behavior.
By default, AI functionality is turned off. You can turn it on on AI SETTINGS form.
If AI offers functionality has been turned on, Game of Whales begins to analyze your data. During this time, you will see the progress showing how much data still needs to be collected.
If there is enough data, the system automatically starts to send offers to the players if it believes that the offer will be good for the player.
The offer's attributes such as Bonus, Discount, list of products, duration, etc., are set automatically. You can't change them.
A player can have only one active AI offer at the same time, but the offer can include more than one product (in-game item).
Purchases by AI offers are marked with a special label in Revenue stream.
The same label is shown in the purchase list on the player's card.
During at least 14 days after the beginning of AI offers sending, Game of Whales prepares GOW Contribution report. The appropriate section of the dashboard shows how much time is left before the report will be created.
