User retention
The User retention report shows how long players retain the interest in the game after they joined it.
To open this report, select your game, go to Reports (1) and then click on User Retention section (2).

User Retention shows how many players have installed the game for the first time on a certain date, and how long they have stayed in the game since that date.
There are 3 types of the report:
Each type of report is displayed on the separate tab.

The report contains the following columns:
- Date (1)
- Users (2) - how many new players installed the game on this date.
- Day1, Day2, etc (3) - What percentage of new players have remained in the game after the time that is specified in the column's title. The rule of value calculation depends on the type of report.

Only the first player’s login during the day is counted for the report.
The report doesn't show the data (except the number of new players) for incompleted days (today and yesterday).
The last row of the table shows totals: it's a sum of players for Users column and an average value for the other columns.

By default, the data sorted by date. To change sorting, click on the button on the head of the column, that require sorting.

You can view the information in percent or in the number of players. To change the mode click on a toggle on the top of the report.

The tables cells highlighted: the greater value is displayed in the cell, the darker color it has.
If you need to add some filters to the report, you can use Filter option.

Pay attention that if the filter by version is set, the report shows the data about retention for users joined the game with the selected version.
By default, the report shows data for the last 60 days. In order to change the report's period, click on Pick a date and pick a new period. Information about this period will be displayed near the header of the table.

Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, etc columns are displayed in the report only if they make sense in the selected period.
