Studio
All your games (or apps) are placed in a studio. Pay attention that you can't create a studio before the finish of your account registration.
To add a new studio:

Go to the main page.

Click on Add Studio.
- Enter the studio's name.
- Enter Studio's Logo - upload a file from your computer.

Click on CONTINUE.
Your studio will be added to the studio list. You can add your game to this studio on the same form or you can do it later on Studio Settings page.
If you add the first studio, you will see the special message near Add studio button.

Studio Settings
Click on your studio in the studio list to get the information about all your games under the specific studio.

To add a new game or invite a new user go to Studio Settings page.

Studio Settings page contains 2 tabs. Settings tab allows you to change the studio's name (1) and logo (2), add a new game, send invitations to the studio and change the permissions for studio users.

Billing tab shows the data about invoices and payments.
Invitation
Only invited users can view information about your studio and your games.
To invite a new user:
- Click on Invite User.

- Enter the user's email address.

Choose a role for this user.
- Click on SEND INVITE.
The user will get an email from Game of Whales with an invite.

The user should accept your invitation to join the studio. If the user hasn't had an account yet, he will be prompted to set the password and fill some account data out.
All invited users of this studio are displayed in the Users list.

You can view an email, the current role and the date of joining for each user in the list.

If the user hasn't accepted your invitation yet you will see the date of invitation. The role will be shown with grey.

To delete an user from the studio, use Delete icon near the user.

You can delete users with role Viewer or Developer only. Deleting an user with Admin role is prohibited.
