You can get a list of players who meet the segment's audience as a file. The process of getting the list includes 2 parts:
- export the list,
- download it.
To export the list of players click on Export button near the segment.
When the list is ready, Export button will be changed to Download and you can get the list as a file.
The list of players is exported as cvs file (comma is a separator).
You can also get the list by using Export button on the segment's card.
By default, the list includes the following fields for every player:
- The country, where the player from
- Player's name
- His revenue badge
- His session badge
- His frequency badge
- His revenue
- The platform, which he uses
- Date of player's last login
- Date of player's last purchase
- Player's store
- User ID - player's device advertising ID
You can reduce the kit of the fields by using Segment Export Settings. To open the settings click on the button near Export button on the segment's card.
Uncheck the fields to exclude them from the export. Pay attention that you can't export custom fields through the segment export.
Save the settings and click on Export button. When the export finishes, the button will be changed to Download. Click on it to get the result of the export.
The list includes only players with the correct "User ID". For example, players with "User ID" like "gen-ios-002AA4C6-0000-4829-AB82-D37F9ECAE38B", "gen-and-b55e0c42-0000-0000-a77e-cd91f1a245d3", "b73cc9f5acf3540a476859d30db7da24", "00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000" will not be exported.
The list doesn't include developers. In addition, the list includes players from the control group who met the segment's conditions. So the number of players on the list can be different than the segment's audience.
Exporting of the list with a segment's audience can take a long time. So you will get a notification about the finish of the exporting.
You can download the list from the notification by using Download button.
Only users with Admin or Developer studio role can export a segment to a file.
